We produce a wide range of plastic components to meet the needs of various industries, including automotive and consumer goods. In addition to manufacturing, we provide mold design services and expert consultation on material selection—ensuring optimal product performance and cost-efficiency for every project.
Plastic Injection molding
Injection molding is a manufacturing process that begins with feeding plastic pellets and additives into an injection molding machine through a hopper. Inside the machine, the pellets are melted and compressed in a barrel and screw assembly. The molten plastic is then injected into a mold at high pressure and speed. Once inside the mold, the plastic cools and solidifies into the desired shape. The mold is then opened, and the molded part is ejected. This process can be repeated to produce multiple parts.
